At Lovingly Organized by Ellen, each session is customized to fit your individual needs and goals. Because our services involve time, planning, and personalized support, refunds are not issued for completed sessions.

Your satisfaction is very important to us - if you're not completely happy with a session, please reach out within 48 hours so we can make it right through a follow-up visit, adjustment, or credit toward future services.
