1. Services

Lovingly Organized by Ellen provides professional organizing, decluttering, and related services as described on our website. Services are customized based on client needs and agreed upon prior to the start of work.

2. Consultations

Free consultations are available to discuss your goals, space, and project scope. These may be conducted by phone, video call, or in person (as available).

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the session rate).

4. Client Participation

You agree to be present during sessions unless other arrangements are made. Your input is required for decision-making regarding what items stay or go.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the end of each session unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted forms of payment will be confirmed during scheduling.

6. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important. All client information and anything seen or discussed during sessions will remain confidential.

7. Safety & Access

You agree to provide a safe working environment, including climate control and clear access to areas being organized. If unsafe conditions are present, services may be paused or terminated.

8. Liability

Lovingly Organized by Ellen is not responsible for damage to property during normal handling or for disposal of items once you have approved them for removal.

9. Results Disclaimer

While every effort will be made to achieve your goals, the outcome depends on your level of participation and maintenance after services are complete.

10. Photos

With your permission, before-and-after photos may be taken to document progress. Photos will never be shared publicly without your written consent.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
